I was seen on June 1st for a 6pm appointment which I scheduled & arrived on time , it was for contact lenses & an exam, when I was meeting with the Dr. Davis it was very brief, The lady that I seen before did most of the exam, he begin to look at his watch he reminded me that it was 6:24 & that he needed to leave by 6:30 to meet with a person that was purchasing a vehicle from him he rushed my appointment, he tried to say that I did not schedule an appointment for contacts which is what I had originally scheduled he then sai... read more

Every time I’ve been in with either my brother or my brother-in-law who are both handicap and on SSI. This store has had the rudest staff of any store I’ve ever been into. I tried to believe it was just a one time incident but it is not they have horrible customer service. This is every time over the last 3 years.

Not only does this place have THE WORST customer service known to man they can’t ever seem to figure out what’s going on with their contact orders. This time (it’s happened more than once) I ordered my contacts December 12th. It’s been 14 business days and still not contact me even though I was told 7-10 days. I call and I’m told I’ll receive a call back and never do. They were nice and I got in on time for my appt and out within an hour. when took my father the other day he was seen a little early and the staff and doctor took the time and patience with him since this was his very first time getting his eyes checked and getting glasses. will come here again for future glasses.
Their patience. It's been some years since I've gotten new glasses. Its was an experience well over do. Friendly staff. I love my new glasses, two different pairs too. Frames are beautiful, thank you. I'm blessed with good vision again!
