Waited over an hour. Lady that look me back to test my eyes had her shoes off. Then I had to wait for the doctor. After noticing that I still had other people on ahead of me, I left. I will go somewhere else.
All the employees were very friendly and professional. Dr. Reed was very good with my anxious daughter and she left er appointment smiling. The tests and exam were thorough and when we purchased eyeglasses all insurance and ordering information was well communicated. We had a great experience!
I arrived at 1:45 and as I waited in lobby I over heard two complaints and then as I finally made it to the back I sat an hour as Dr. Curtis Reed held a 5 minute conversation with a patient he’d been consulting for over an hour. Dr. Reed process to say he’s about to take a twenty to thirty minute lunch break but then he goes on to tell the same patient that he’s spent an hour with to read the magazine, then he walks her outside to look at the trees, and to give her his card. I have been customer for years refer everyone who needs glasses there today I was disappointed. I picked up my glasses n they were put in a very cheap plastic case not even a cleaning cloth. Two years ago I was given a velvet like case n cleaning cloth for each pair. I was disappointed the day I got them was offered very little assistance from the sales person who I got.
Dr. Reed was Amazing. His personality and knowledge was great. We will be back!
We have been customers and part of the eye care club for close to 15 years now and have lived in several states, been to many different locations. Unfortunately we are in MS and there is no America's Best locally, so I decided to drive to Mobile when I needed glasses and contacts. I am very pleased with my entire experience.
