Rude receptionist, doesn't know how to welcome clients.
I had to compliment them on how friendly & helpful each person was. I'll definitely continue to patronize them!
The front desk customer service is awful. The receptionists are curt and misinformed. I called the location for additional information regarding a previous order and I was told to come in. When I arrived and asked for the information I was told that I could not have it. Unacceptable.
The Worst I'll never be back! Bad customer service.
So I set an appointment at the colonial heights location after trying to call for 2 days straight 2 to 3 times an hour on a friend's recommendation. Turns out they us the 'Outback' method. I was told there was no record of my online reservation. I could wait an hour or two and hope they could work me in. No I think if it's that bad just getting to the service I can only imagine actually how bad it us getting the product.
Had a 11:30am appointment 2 Hours later we still have NOT SEEN the doctor. Had enough walked out. Will NOT return.
