Should have went to Pearl Vision.... Worst customer service I have ever seen.
Our first time here . Our appt was easy to make online .we arrived 10 mins early filled out easy paper work. Met with the eye Dr who was very nice and explained everything. We picked out great glasses from a huge selection. Everyone was friendly, polite, & kind . Definitely recommend going . Oh and the price was perfect 2 pairs of glasses �� with bifocals $120.00 can’t beat it anywhere.
Extremely poor customer service and products are also for lack of words poor... The advertisements are very misleading! I refuse to make any recommendations.
The worst customer service ever! I had to go back 3x before they got the order right and they had the nerve to be rude about their mistake to fix.
First time going to this location was in November front desk person awful customer service don't know why he's still working there took awhile to see the doctor finally got to see him and he gave me a lower prescription then what I use had hard time driving in the night wasn't able make second appointment had call my old doctor in Washington in order to buy more contacts told her my situation she gladly help me out & yesterday was my second time going after few months debating to go back or not the experience was much differ... read more
