Drove here from Gatlinburg because it was highly recommended. They filled my eye glass prescription. Picked up my glasses, one lenses was terribly blurry the other was fine. Had another eye exam, the script was the same. Found out they had typed my prescription into the computer wrong. Now waiting additional 2 weeks for the new ones. Please make sure when you go here that everything is correct with what they put into there computers. Double check there work.
I want to thank the store manager. I was in town for the Shinedown concert my contact ripped .He called Bristol store to check on my prescription and got me a contact. It made my concert viewing so much better with 2 contacts. Thanks so much!!! Anytime somone mentions needing an exam I always reccomend America's Best both Bristol TN and Knoxville are top notch!!!
This is literally the best place I have ever been to for an eye exam and contacts/glasses. Everyone is so nice and the doctors have me seeing better than I ever have in twenty years of wearing contact lenses. Plus their prices can’t be beat. Highly recommend
