Horrible experience. First they don't even ask if you have insurance because out of network. So it only cover half so if you decide to leave they get you for $45 for the exam. There rellly unorganized and understaffed. Stay away if you have insurance!!!! This place is only for people with no insurance and pay in cash. I will never go there again worst experience ever!!!
estoy muy disgustado con el servicio muy malo fui el 4 de marzo y me entregaron los lentes el 14 de marzo y la sorpresa que cuando me los probé miraba las letras dobles tube que dejarlos para que los arreglaran según en 15 días estarían listo estuve hablando a la tienda solo me dejaban esperando por 10 minutos para Decirme que en 20 minutos me regresarían la llamada y eso nunca pasaba hoy 8 de abril fui y los lentos nunca los mandaron para que los arreglaran estaban igual hoy que estuve ahi escuche dos casos similares eso qu... read more
They are not organized I was told one pair of my glasses were in when I got there. they were running around like a mouse running from a cat. Very poor service and I didn't get my glasses and I was late to work . Never again and I was going to take my daughter there. The one in Downey and my friend said the one she went to was awful also .
Great customer service very helpful. Affordable,fits everyone's budget.
