Service was fine. The doctor was legit and the ladies that checked me in. But the guy that helped me pick out my frames and ordered them got me out of $160 and I don't know how. The receipt I have does not total up to the amount I paid yesterday. Will be cancelling my order and contacting someone about this. Very upset
It was awesome, my daughter had broke her glasses at the Boys and Girls club. The young lady handed them to me. I called America's Best at approximately 4pm. on a Friday. The young lady from there looked up our info & let me know to come in & they can order another pair. So we went directly over. They said they would be able IF they had the same pair of glasses to pop out the lenses & put them in the new ones. They sure did! I'm grateful for that warranty. At first was not pleased with the service but they went out of there way to rectify my problem a young lady there, Margarette was very helpful and treated me like a customer and not like a number I was very thankful.I think Margarette will be a great asset for the company in training the other employees in customer service im in sales my self and im in the top five salesman nationwide. so customer service is always a priority and a huge difference in repeat bussiness again thank you Margarette I loved how you treated me. my ... read more
Worst customer service ever. Ordered glasses, paid for them, took 9 days after i was told 3-5, tried on the glasses vision was worse with them on than with them off. The lady told me I needed 3 pairs of glasses, 1 for reading, 1 for computer work and 1 for driving. Never in the 10+ years of me wearing glasses have I heard of such a thing. I asked for a refund and said i was going elsewhere and got attitude for that as well. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO OTHER THAN HERE!!!!!
