went there to pick up a box of contact lenses gave them my info then was told to wait in the waiting room... in over 10 years of business I have never been asked to wait in order to buy a box of contacts. you guys seriously need to revise and improve the way you handle these transactions.
LONG wait to c the eye doc even though we had an appt and LONG wait just to pick up the glasses once ready but very nice, professional staff
The ladies are always great!! Try their best to help you and make sure the glasses you get are comfortable!!
Exam and glasses were fine but it takes FOREVER to get the actual glasses. I've never waited so long for lenses to be put in ever.

Kathy at the Mesa location was great! It was a great experience all staff were very nice and helpful, the Dr was very professional and explained everything regarding the exam. Prices are great! I was there getting glasses for my daughter, she was very satisfied with the experience!
One lady on the front desk shes very rude with me because my english is not good, but the other lady she's very nice with me, the doctor and rest of employees all is very nice
