First off the staff should focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the worst experience I ever had and I have worn glasses my whole life. They didn't bother to get pre-approval for my glasses and so when I sat down to get fitted with glasses, she couldnt get through and refused to measure me for my progressives. I said to her to do that and we can take care of the rest over the phone because I have a 100% disabled veteran husband at home who I cannot leave for long. I appreciate the manager, Kathy, for going out of her way and turning an unhappy customer into a happy customer. My original pair of glasses was lost in shipping. Kathy went above and beyond to make it right.
Worst store ever i sat inside for 2 hours with 1 or 2 othere people there the doctors left and completely forgot i was even there wouldn't recomend this store
I call to make sure they take my insurance initially they did got down there and I was not still that they didn't take my insurance try to get me in eye exam but before they could I asked if my insurance was covered and I was told no very poor customer service would not recommend American best to anyone
I had the worst experience here. I Do not recommend America Best for anything. They pushed out my follow up appt 30 days. When i showed up they made me wait over 30 minutes. I had to leave due to timing and kids. Then when i went back with out the 2 week trial contracts they said i have to pay for a exam again rather then just giving me contacts to try again. They said it's because i was 30 days out when they pushed my original follow up 30 days out. Never again!!
This store has an interesting split personality! Very nice, professional doctor, one, two of the staff very nice, but the rest of the staff? One couldn't pay me to go back there! Nope, nope, nope! Very rude and demeaning. I had 20 yrs. of experience with America's Best in various stores with good experience. This store is an exception to the good name of America's Best.
