I came in to look for and buy a pair of sunglasses but they were all on lockdown. I get it, it's to prevent theft but I don't want to have to ask an associate to unlock every pair I want to try on. Too much of a hassle, won't be back
I had an appointment early in the day for my mother who is a senior citizen. Because of her age, I was told we would need to book extra time for her. That was fine. But after waiting a full hour with her, I was ready to walk out. The only thing that kept me there was the fact that it's so difficult to get her out, I kind of felt trapped into seeing it through. if you need glasses this is the place to go you get a free exam 2 pair of glasses for $69.00 plus, bifocals cost a little more but are still cheap for 2 pair and the exam is very good you get a good choice of frames
Customer service sucks!! No one greets or ask to serve you.
The most disorganized place. They have no idea which customer is next because they have no system of signing in.
So stupid here. Have no sign in sheet so every customer is waiting and staff has no clue who is next. Surprised that people still come here. Not me.
