Went for exam and new bifocals 2 weeks ago. I was told at that time my glasses would be ready for pick up today (8/29). Called this morning and nobody has any idea of where my glasses are. Smh...Don't tell me one thing and then do another. Not a good way to get repeat customers.
I have been trying since Monday to check the status of my daughter's contacs. I've called 3 times and was told someone would call me back with an update. It's been 3 full business days with. I return call. Poor customer service. My last call today she told me it was back to school time, which I understand. But I am a customer to and I do not think asking for a return call in 24 hours is too much to ask. I was then hung up on as I was asking another question. I shouldn't have to call 3 times. I arrived early to complete my paperwork and was waiting for over an hour for the pretest. Then waited for 30 minutes for the eye exam. All in all I was there for over 2 hours from the minute in the door untill I was done ordering my glasses. Stephen, the associate, was very helpful, kind, courteous, and funny. The staff was great, I just wish the wait time was more reasonable, as there were only 2 people ahead of me.
My first time here and the customer service was incredible. Simone was very professional and bubbly. She called my insurance co to make sure I got the best deal and she fixed my glasses 👓. The staff service was impeccable. I will be back
