optometrist and technician were great. very friendly and informative. the sale lady ringing up everything was rude and didnt listen to me. one pair of glasses with insurance was $160 bux...not $69.95...that is a joke.

This place sucks. They false advertise that 2 pairs of glasses with free eye exam is bullshit. They tried to charge me $238.00 dollars. That shit is phony as hell and when I said I did not want the glasses because they were too much they still charged me 45.00 for the eye exam... I can’t stand scam artists... Now lets see how long this review will be posted......
Such nice staff and my daughter felt so tended to when we needed to get another pair for her. Absolutely would recommend!
It was a nice, enjoyable and thorough visit. Everyone explained things well the process was very smooth.
I walked in to the office last Saturday to make an appointment. I asked the gentleman and lady working the front counter if they took my insurance. I handed them my insurance card. The lady looked at my card and assured me they took my insurance. I rushed home from work, canceled my other appointments to be told they don’t accept my insurance. This is my second incident with this location. I feel they don’t care about their patients and are very rude. I will not return.
