Horrible customer service. Wrong glasses ordered, no case for glasses. Customer service rep very short with me over the phone. I will make sure to tell everyone to never do business with this company.
It was a very quick and thorough exam. The doctor was very nice . I'll definitely go back.
The exam was fine! I was recommended to try a different brand of contacts! Also told that they match prices! So fine I order..and I don't see well w/this brand! BUT GUESS WHAT??? NO REFUND! So you match price,but not SERVICE!!! BACK TO 1800-CONTACTS! NOW I'M STUCK WITH SOME SHIT!! THAT I CAN'T USE!!
I wish I had taken more of their names but the eye doctor working Saturday at 4:00 pm was very nice and explained the procedure well! He also made sure i was comfortable and the lady who does the exam before seeing the doctor was Awesome! She shot my eye on the first try and was awesome! I have a hard time sitting still doing that because I have ADHD and anxiety and she was absolutely wonderful! Staff overall was great!

Love them! Jon was so informative and patient with me teaching me how to put my contacts in and removing them. He also helped me pick out my glasses. Even if you have insurance this is the place to come. I came before when I didn't and they were awesome. When I had insurance I went somewhere else. Never again will I stray from here.
It was very quick and thorough eye exam. The optometrist took the time to explain things which was nice. I did show up early for my exam and was helped right away. I had to wait a bit to order my frames but wasn't too bad. Customer service met my expectations. You can't beat the price so it's definitely worth any wait and I would recommend it. Hopefully it doesn't take the full 7-10 days to get my specs but all in all a great experience. Will definitely return.
