Anyone needing glasses I would suggest you not go to America's best on Haywood road. I go there wanting the advertised price of 69.95 for two pair. I picked out the frames from the quoted price and was told that would be 130 bucks. False advertising is what I said and was told to leave the store...without getting any glasses. They said my script had changed but their dr. said my eyes had hardly changed at all. What a rip off. Smh !!!

I scheduled an appointment for 330 last week-came in 15 min early as the lady told me over the phone. I wasn't called back until 415. The two girls who I met with (one was blonde haired and the other helped me pick out glasses and pay) were awesome. The eye doctor was also friendly. Came back today to pick up my glasses and the same blonde haired girl finally gave me my glasses after the rest of the staff pretended they did not see me waiting at the pick up station. They done my eye exam and didn't bother to tell me that they didn't take my insurance...i put my insurance info on the paper for a reason...i ha e insurance for a reason.

Harold, the general manager, went above and beyond to make the attitude from the associate not so bad. ;) I remember her name, but its not important. She was extremely rude. And that's the best word I can say about her. But HAROLD WAS SOOOOOO accommodating, generous, and did whatever he could to make me happy. I will definitely be back and the only reason its not at 5star is BC of miss thang :) HAROLD ROCKS!

I had a really good experience with America's Best. I was in & out in less than a hour and the price was super affordable. I will definitely keep using them!!

Well first off Americas best billed my insurance for an eye exam when it was supposed to be free with two pair of glasses. Second I had to go to an outside source for the prescription. It took five weeks and the still could not do it. When I asked for a refund the ripped me of for 30 bucks saying the eye exam was not in the return. Americas best my ass. They Suck.

Very upset been there twice first week was told I would have to wait for two hours because doc was going to lunch. Went back a week later and was told doc was leaving for the day. How do you have a walk in service with no doc there? I drive for almost forty minutes t get there it was a waste of my time on my only day that I can get there. I will never go back to them again. Had so muh better service back home in Michigan.

I got there 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. I was actually called back on time. They were very friendly especially since I had my 6 yr old with me. I wanted her to see what happens when you go to the eye Dr so she wouldn't be scared when she goes to her appointment. They let her watch up close and personal. They were helpful in deciding what glasses to get and very honest about their products. I will be a regular customer. Thanks so much for the great experience. Now I just wait to pick up my glasses!
