This was my first visit. No wait The staff were very professional as well as personable. I highly recommend them.
Staff are friendly. I appreciate their patience. I didn't give a 5 because I told them I had insurance when I arrived but they didn't process it until I was checking out... caused a 20 min. delay.
Appointment time was 4:20. We arrived a few minutes early. By 6:45 we were finally done. I'm so glad we didn't just "walk in" I couldn't imagine how long that would have taken.
It was great! As soon as I walk in the door I was greeted, with love. my appointment was for 5 o'clock and I arrived at 4:40 and I picked out my frames , before I could sit down I was called to the back immediately. The overall process took about 40 minutes I was out the door by 5:40 and I received contacts as well.The glasses will be in by 2 weeks and my contacts will be mailed to me but I was able to get a trial pair while I was there. Excellent!!
My eye doctor couldn't get my prescription right and had to get lenses remade. When this still didn't work was told to wear a few weeks for my eyes to adjust. After a few weeks still was unable to wear. Was told to check back with my Dr. So when I did, Dr asked if I could possibly be diabetic. So them had to schedule medical doctor appt for bloodwork and had to wait for results. Bloodwork came back normal. And decided to get another opinion with different eye doctor.
