Paid over 600 dollars for me and my wife, they never got the prescriptions right, had no idea how to adjust what we did get. Will never go back

The staff is great! Harold really helped me out today- thank you Harold!! I've been going to America's Best on Haywood for over 10 years and even when they are slammed, they do their best to get everyone in and out. Being in the eye care club saves me tons of money too!
Everyone was very nice, did a walk in and only waited 30 minutes. Definitely will come back again .
They are very busy, but got me back quickly and was very fairly priced.
Crystal was the young lady who helped me with my glasses purchase. She was very professional, kind and extremely patient with my inability to make up my mind. Well done and I would strongly recommend America's Best on Haywood Road.

DO NOT GO TO AMERICA'S BEST. They lied to me twice even after asking multiple times to make sure they weren't going to charge me for extra bullshit. I asked over the phone on 2 separate phone calls with 2 separate people if the eye exam, contacts, and glasses were all included in the price they offered BOTH TIMES SAID YES. I bought their shitty brand of contacts after they said "trial" the optician himself even said they would give me a trial. Usually you don't sell them 2 damn boxes for a fucking trial.
