bad service and they always keep me waiting w no answers

My mother and I went here for eye exams and glasses. Dr. Nathan Louie is absolutely excellent. All the people in this place are excellent. Dee is such a sweetheart, and friendly. They’re all great and we will definitely be going back and sending friends in as well. Highly highly recommend.
Both my glasses and my boyfriend's glasses have had a lense fall out of our glasses!! 2 pair all that was done was use a cleaning cloth to clean the lenses!! Not happy!!
It was the worst experience I've ever had and I've worn glasses since age eight.
My only pair of eyeglasses got driven over and shattered...long story. It was Friday afternoon but I was able to make an appointment the same day, which is awesome because I am a full-time student and depend heavily on my glasses. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. From the front door I was greeted immediately with a "Welcome to America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses!" and given professional and informative care throughout my visit. Top notch location, top notch quality product, top notch friendly employee named Nicole! I've bought 4 pair of prescription reading glasses from them in the past month and my wife wanted 3 pair. Nicole laughed when I told her I needed 3 pair around the house, one at work and was thinking about another pair to keep in the truck! Tell them the Tucker's said hello!
