so thorough this covid-19 the facility was closed! I was down to only one contact! glasses broke! I was looking at a month without seeing! I was fortunate enough for a ANGEL which I wish I would of gotten her name! she helped me see and saved me from this epidemic! THANK YOU so much
Very wayyy good experience
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Blanchard is always kind and doesn't silly dally. They have a lot of styles to choose from, and accept insurance. As busy as the office was, I got in and out rather quickly, and I was able to make an appointment!
So over this place. New lenses fell out a month or so after installed onto my old frames. Then on a warranty claim, I had new frames and lenses ordered to be picked up as an installed item. Swap my glasses for the new pair. I find out now at pick up something went wrong and only the lenses arrived! So now I have to wait 2 MORE weeks and hope they don’t jack up that order. 🤦🏾♂️
Great service. It’s a busy place but when it’s your turn they make sure they answer all your questions.

It’s always a pleasure seeing Gabriela. The selections for glasses is a huge plus. Wonderful , pleasant and clean waiting and receptionist area.
