Dr. Pham was patient and answered all my questions. 2 pairs of glasses (1 tinted) and contacts for $179.
Poor customer service. I would elaborate but no ones gonna do anything about it. The eye exam its self was great... but the staff was bleh.
I went in to get my first real eye exam(at 27 yes i know). They were extremely helpful. They were busy so the wait was alittle long which was ok. They told me the kind of lenses i should get but when i declined(due to budget) they didnt push it on me. They were very helpful
They were great! Friendly people. Pretty great service, not much wait time. Loved the glasses selection.
Scratches on my lenses 2 times had to send them back took a month to get them back.
Dr. Hay is amazing. Been going here for 4 years now. He always goes above and beyond! Kevin assisted us yesterday with getting contacts and glasses for my husband and myself and was very knowledgeable.
I would not recommend ever ordering from this place especially this location. They advertise 7-10 BUSINESS days for delivery and I ordered mine 15 days ago making it 11 business days and all I get is oh we will call when they come in. My bill was $281 after my insurance for 1 pair and of course payment was taken when ordered. This place is beyond unprofessional and their customer service is completely lacking.
