Cause they don’t know what there doing
Worst customer service I’ve ever experience..went to get my glasses and they had the wrong prescription in them,then they try to charge me another $75 to 150 to make it right I demanded for my money back ,they still kept $45 of my money ,and only gave me $200 in cash and said they will send me a check in the mail within 10 days Because They didn’t have enough cash there, when I paid them in cash $345 and I know they had the cash there will see
