Optometrist had too much cologne on for people that have allergies and sensitive to smells I felt that it was not appropriate. The young lady that helped with measuring the glasses was outstanding
There are friendly staff and the service was great the best part about it i just walk in did the exam and pick up the glasses within a week or two.
So unorganized... didn't even ask for id or insurance card until time to go..... and during exam, doctor said to come back next week for dialation.. why? Because it takes 30 min to settle the ladies up front didn't relay the msg... never again
They were so helpful my son has been in glasses for 11 years and they made his contact experience the best he is now a freshmen and said they were the best so I am thankful

Don't get lenses/ contacts on time. Can't get prescription right!
Making an appointment is pointless. You aren't seen by a doctor until you pass through the stages. Even the first stage, I wasn't seen until 30 minutes later.. Overall a decent experience... The hook with two pairs of glasses should include a disclaimer that says '90% of the customers will NOT qualify for this deal'.. Ms. Pauline was great, very patient and nice.
