My husband and I have both purchased eyeglasses from this store. We will not be going back. Every time I go there to have my glasses adjusted, I leave with the same problem. They don’t know what they are doing. I met one fellow that did a wonderful job with my glasses. I have never seen him there again. Doesn’t surprise me, they seem to have a high turnover of employees. 80 mile round trip to pick up glasses only to be told the person who did that job wasn’t there today. Email or phone call would have been helpful or maybe another qualified person that could be there! Last time purchasing from them! And the link I was sent to was a joke!
Worst eye dr I have been to! Took 10 weeks to get sample contact lens. I make an appointment for today at 4:30 and get told to be on time. I literally waited 20 mins. I asked if I could just have the lens even the girl on the phone mentioned YouTube. The rep tells me I will have to wait and speak to a manager. I ended up having to leave because they are not respectful of people’s time! I will drive out of my way next time to go to Target Optical! Not to mention my insurance covers the “sitting fee” yet I get charged!

Your receptionist sucks and is quite unprofessional. She talks down to others with a disgraceful attitude which she should be ashamed of and acts as if she owns the place. Never will I recommend y’all to ANYONE.

Dr. Zinn was pleasant and efficient. Excellent experience. Debra was informed and had a great sense of humor. She helped me make the right choices in glasses for my lifestyle. Everyone was professional and pleasant. The wait time was minimal.
Everyone was nice I was treated very well. Debra was sweet and funny can't wait to get my glasses I will be back and sending my friends and clients my appointment was at 4:10 I got there at 3:15 expected to wait but no they took me back and they were busy
