The experience in the store was above average, but the wait on my glasses is crazy they told me 8-10 days then it was 8-10 business days, one pair has been in for over a week and their still waiting on the 2nd pair was told yesterday they would arrive in the afternoon shipment called today and again well they might be in the shipment today, its beem 13 businesses days today and 18 days since the office visit and they said would you like to come get the one pair NO i paid to have them shipped to me I live 70 miles away she sa... read more
The best customer service by far. No long waits and very professional staff.
Had an appointment on Saturday of this week. The staff was real nice and the doctor was very nice and helpful and took her time with me. I would say the only issue is the actual cost of the glasses when you get there! The $69.95 is very misleading.... that's the cost if you don't get anything added to your lenses.
