Eye doctor was efficient, the support staff are inept. I've been waiting a month for contacts going on 3rd order that's been incomplete or wrong. Their attitude is quite flip. Even spoke to the manager it's absolutely mind blowing to me.
They were awesome and very very helpful picking out glasses. Five stars ⭐️

I have been a long time customer 4+ yrs. Today I was VERY disappointed in the customer service. I expressed this to them but they do not care! I will be taking a loss since I am part of the eye care club but 🤷♀️ I have moved my business somewhere else and will also be moving my kids.

Staff was great, my appointment was on the 3rd of May. Have it already been 7 days ? Called today n ask when my glasses will be shipped she said it shipped yesterday around 5 & they should be at America's best tomorrow. And i got them to where they will be ship to my house , wanted to know what day i will receive my glasses ? Im in orangeburg south Carolina
