The staff was very helpful in finding the right pair of glasses to help resolve the vision problems I was experiencing.
They were so friendly and fast can't wait for my new glasses and their prices are amazing
So the purchasing was a painless and easy process but the shipping is on my nerves. They said it should take a week to ship, I called on Monday which was a week after I ordered my glasses (one pair, not a very heavy prescription) and they said they should arrive today (Wednesday). Called again today and they said they should be here next Monday. What possibly could've happened to move it back another week?
Best customer service ever, just got a free eye exam for my mother Aurora plus 2 eyeglasses in a very, very affordable price. I highly recommend them to all!!!!!❤️🦋💐
