How about America’s WORST!! Horrible experience there!! I went there 4 years ago & it was awesome, totally new staff & doctor, all made me feel like I was bothering them, don’t go there!!! Angel was the ONLY one that was kind & helpful!! NEVER EVER going back there & I’m spreading the word to as many people as possible! Thanks for NOTHING!! My glasses are not right but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough!! 👎

I have been a patient here since this facility has been open and have also referred family and friends who are current patients. I’ve never had an issue until today when I called and spoke with Cassandra. I asked if I can give her my vision insurance information so I knew how much I would have to pay out of pocket to order my contacts that I just had a trial pair of. My husband went to do he's glass. 1- the prescription was bad and my husband it a truck driver. he was 2 weeks with pain on the eyes and HEADACHE 2- Dan assistant manager never offered better quality of lances . we can back . because he can't use does classes to drive. . Dan assistant manager and FRANK manger . didn't help nothing. worth. they charge more money to fix the problem. the insurance paid for the bad LENSES and now . they don't want to do nothing for the coustomer.. Absolutely terrible service. I had an appointment at 4:20 I called them to let them know that I would be there by about 430 because there was an accident on my way over there. They told me if I don’t make it by 429 I can’t be seen, I put into the parking lot at 4:31 and was refused service. Not to mention my first appointment was on a Monday at 4:30 I leave I am five minutes away not to mention it’s across town I’m fiveMinutes away and they called to tell me that I have to reschedule my appointment because they had an error.... read more
I had a great experience from scheduling the appointment to the eye exam. Very helpful and they weren’t pushy either.
