They are great they really hope that my family didn't even work with me to get my eyeglasses replaced both pairs it was awesome weren't either totally worth it they help my five year old daughter as well get her first pair of an it go anywhere else go mall 205 America's Best
Easy same day appointments, the exam is free if you get glasses, and great staff. I've been coming here for years, and I'm a very happy customer.
My appointment was at 10:40am for some reason I wasn't seen until 11:30 no one explained to me why I was waiting or that the wait might be a little bit longer than expected all together after I was finally seen the experience wasn't too bad I however ended up having to stay there until after 1:30 p.m. and for some reason they had a really hard time figuring out my insurance and how much I had to pay ended up having to pay $115 it was just a lot of jumbled confusion and I feel like their customer service could be a lot better... read more
Yeah I was a little taken when I paid more than the advertised price, but I got to thinking about it, and I would have paid more for just one pair of glasses instead of having two pairs. so I am very satisfied at the moment never been to America's Best but we'll see. The eyeglasses that my daughter got are super cute too. I went to the mall 205 location in portland and they were all very nice and gave me all the details!
It's where I got my very first pair of glasses and have been going there since.
This place should be called America's worst! I'd like to meet one person who can say they only paid $69.99 for two pair of glasses. The location off Washington smells like a dirty ashtray. Gag
