The people answering the phones are so rude! If answering simple questions annoys you, maybe you shouldn't work in customer service. People pay good money and expect to at least get the respect they have given in return when checking on an order status.

Don’t come here! I’m not happy w/their services & products. I had to come by three times to fix my nose piece & seeing everyone just chit chatting away.
I will NEVER come here again. Terrible customer service, RUDE...fought traffic to get here for a 6 pm appt, just to watch the only doctor leave early, before seeing my daughter, and all they could say was "sorry", after they sat around talking, actively ignoring customers!

It was ok. The price is right. Didn't care much for the doctor. She talked at me and down to me and didn't really seem to want to listen.
