Well ordered 2 pairs of glasses 2 months ago only to have the weld break on the sunglass pair after approx 10 uses. Broought them back in because they are under warranty.....now sitting here with at least 4 employees standing around because supposedly only the manager can give me any type of written documentation showing I have left the glasses here.....sure appears once they get your money customer service stops....wasting my time in America's Best.....
I have used America's Best a few times now with not purchasing their scratch protection/anti glare package for $79 each pair and have never had a problem till now. I just purchased two new pairs and when I went to pick up, both pairs appeared to have spots on the lens that make it hard to see out of. When I said something about that, the guy helping me said, what do you expect for not purchasing the anti glare!
