Unprofessional and not knowledgeable about their products. My appt was a waste of time for them as well as myself.
Be very careful about that information you give them. They violated HIPPA, and when I tried to ensure my records are secure, the manager started yelling at me. I got someone else's account, and their personal info, and the manager became irate when I questioned whether my personal info has been compromised too. Talking with my insurance company now.
Had to say "Excuse Me " twice to the ladies at the counter before they noticed I was there and stopped doing their paperwork...but after that had a great experience until the last lady that helped me ...she had mentioned that she worked another job as well and that poor thing could barely keep her eyes open while she was helping me.... she was literally dozing off while ringing up my new glasses. I don't know what AB is paying it's employees but maybe they should pay them a little more so their employee's aren't dozing off w... read more
