During this bad time with the Coronavirus closing everything I tore my last set of contacts called Strongsville America’s best since they help my prescription, was told by the manager that my prescription expired in January and I had to wait for them to open again after the threat of the virus is over. I mentioned my eyesight is bad and I need to see, he told me I should have thought about that in January. Way to go America’s best in Strongsville you were a lot of help

Pleasant quick and great prices
Horrible!!had a 6pm appointment and called at 515pm to confirm and mention might run a little late ,they said that was fine. Yet when we arrived at 611pm we were told the appointment was cancelled (no call) at we were out of luck!!??? This at the Westgate Location in Rocky River, Ohio. Absolutely horrible customer service!!
I was not happy to have a scheduled noon appt Saturday take almost 2 hrs to replace broken glasses. I have been here many times but this by far was the worst experience I have had. If you are running that late call patients and tell them before they leave and are forced to sit there for hours. Not pleased.
We were there for about an hour for contacts. They were very nice. Was there before for glasses for another child and contacts for another. And referred my sister-in-law Betty too. We love the price. It is well worth it. No complaints here. Love it.
I think it's ridiculous to only have two Opticians at 1 in the afternoon with nobody at the front desk and you have to wait 45 minutes or longer to pick up your glasses or have them repaired
Never use this place. I hated my glasses from day one and they did not care. Now 6 months later sending me a bill for 75 after I already paid 300 plus my insurance. Seriously!!!!!!
Had a great experience. Susanne was wonderful. I found a pair of frames I liked, and found out I could get the second pair as sunglasses. Susanne was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions.
