I had a new eye exam and purchased two new pairs of glasses on Nov 29, 2019. I waited until Dec 17th to call the store to check the status of my glasses since I hadn’t received notification. They weren’t there yet. I still hadn’t received them as of today so I called the store again. Guess what? My glasses were there. I had no idea because I didn’t receive a text or phone call. I think this is poor customer service and I think I should get a refund. I don’t think I’ll be a customer going forward.
