I heard more negative feedback about this company but I gave them a shot. I'm glad I did. Customer service is outstanding. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they never contacted me when my eyeglasses were ready for pickup; I had to contact them. However, I still think it's a great place...great prices and a huge choice to choose from.
My daughter visited the office in Pineville, NC and spoke with Todd who told her her insurance was in network. After she picked out her glasses and gave him her HSA account number he told her they were not in network and they would not give her her money back. So she had to pay the additional $80 or the $191 out of her HSA was just gone. Todd took advantage of a young girl (20) who just got a job with new insurance and was expecting to be taken care of by a professional. Instead Todd saw an opportunity and took it.
