this is the worst place you can ever find. very rude people, unprofessional at all and do not care when they do a mistake. they gave me a prescription way off the correct values. i order glasses and could not see anything at all. they refused to fix the problem and they said i need to work it out on my own with the glasses provider. as far as for customer service, i would give them zero (0/10). too rude, very disrespectful and show no care at all. be ready to pay $ 200 and up for any glasses you will order because of the fake excuses they will give to you why you cannot get the 69.95 price. i regret i went there, too late but did not want them to fool any more people. look for another place that cares about you and gives you service you deserve, especially when you pay for it!. --- 04/27/2013 this is an update of today's visit. Here I am again after 2 days of last visit. Dr said if the trial contacts hurt just show up at anytime, no appointment needed otherwise go a head and order the contacts assuming they fit me. Had one of the eyes burns and irritate a lot. So I stopped by, and after same rude guy made me wait for 15 minutes he then said doctor is ready to leave and cannot wait any more!!! by the way, i told him that he needs to change his attitude and that i posted a negative feedback about this place because of him and the other guy that behaved unprofessional too lats time (2 days ago), his reply shocked me!!! he said ; let me know if you get anything out of this!!! do need to come back Monday!!! It was 5pm and they close at 6pm!!!. I really warn you guys from going there, just look for another place who cares and respects you and your time. By the way, there contacts prices are almost double other providers!! and u almost get no 69.95 pairs with their fake exclusions. I was contacted after my last review to delete it. I really do not care about the money I paid that much. But as for the insult I feel I will not remove my feedback so they do not fool others in the future.
