We’ve been here for over two hours. They have made everything as complicated as possible.
Great service and nice frames. Only down side is they try to talk you into packages and other items than what you want. I know places have to upsell but if you know what you want, don’t tell the customer ‘you are trying to sell them what they need.”
Great place if are wanting to see better and save a few dollars in the process great staff I've been dealing with this company over 8 years, I have also been to three different branches in two different states all across the board great company
The lady waiting on me said she was going to hide in the break room at 20 til 7 from now on guess I messed up her night I backed out of my purchase after that. So sorry to inconvenience your business don't worry it won't happen again!
This was my first time here, I was leery at first because of how fast the Dr. seen me. Once I got to the floor to get my glasses and contacts ordered I was helped by Heather!! She was so nice and patient and answered every question and explained everything in great detail. I wish everyone had her excellent customer service skills!! Thank you!!
