I had a very frustrating experience with this place tonight. I had an appointment scheduled for 6pm - I was running a tad late due to traffic and navigating the area. I called to let them know this and the first thing the woman told me was that unfortunately they would have to reschedule me. I was surprised and said there is no way you can see me tonight? Absolutely love this place! My husband and I had not had new glasses in a long time. The process for both of us to get exams was so quick and easy. Picking out frames was very simple and Kendra made sure we knew everything we needed to know. She knows her stuff and knows how to make you not feel so bad about getting bifocals. We got our glasses the following week and they explained how to use the bifocals and made sure they were fitted properly to our heads. Great customer service....Great deals, would definitely recommend.
Very professional, pleasant and efficient! I had no idea hat I was the last patient of the day until I was leaving and they were locking the door behind me. They gave me the best deal possible and they actually helped me look for lenses like they had all day! I pick up my new glasses next week ... praying they're a good fit. The doctor ... well the rest of the staff made up for his flippancy and drabness and I pray that he did a good job with my prescription.
