awesome staff & great prices
Just had an exam here and before I could get all paid and out, The assistant manager, Jennifer, was verbally abused to the point of calling security and the police. I just wanted to say the staff and Jennifer handled themselves beautifully. Thank you guys for getting me in and out within my appointment time and answering all my questions!
I CAN NOT say enough great things about America’s Best of Madison, TN!!! Both of our Children were in a horrible car wreck with two of their good friends. They were hit by a drunk driver. Marlie was Life-flighted to Vanderbilt Hospital and remained in a Coma for 11 days and in the Trauma Unit for 46 days. We came in to pick up the glasses for our 3 year old Granddaughter. Tim , was the man who really took the time to fit the glasses to her face and he done an awesome job. See she was nervous and he talked to her and took the stress away for her and she took right with him. You have a great man on the job with Tim!

Your appointment setter & front desk services need to be retrained. Both are sorely lacking. Waiting past your scheduled appointment is not cool & being treated like a felon when you’re late to an appointment by 10 minutes due to traffic is just as uncool. I can say I will never darken the door of your establishment again.
They are very nice people. Even helped me to get a lower price by matching a competitor on my contacts. Good stuff!
