I was a new patient at the Madison location. I got there early like I was advised on the phone on Tuesday. My appointment was at 4:00 pm today. Every person that came in after me was called in but I was never called even 20 minutes later. I was very upset and walked out. I could have spent more time with my family before I had to go into work today. I well be filing a complaint!
Follow up. They never got my situation corrected at this location. The manager was rarely there. I ended up going to another doctor and the doctors words were...”what in the world were they thinking?”. Don’t go here. Just. Don’t. Go to the Murfreesboro location.

This has to be the Worst place ever, been here about 8 times, last time I was here over 3 hours because they lost my records, today here over 2 hours just to order contacts, Never coming back here again!!!!!
The experience I had today supersedes the name of your business. From the moment I walked into the door has greeted till the time I saw the ophthalmologist everything was perfect thank you so very much for a great experience and your prices are incredible merry Christmas
They helped when I needed it very attentive and completely examined my poor eyes. Then made a referral to a Spevialist because Cathy said " I have Special eyes". Oh and I love my new glasses as well.
Alisha was a great optician for me today and my experience was great
Had a great experience they helped me pick my frames out and I saved a ton of money . Alisha was so helpful and sweet. I’d recommend them to anyone.
