Imagine if you will that have a peanut butter allergy and you walk into the doctors office And they say that anyone who is treated in their office must eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. If you eat that sandwich you could become very sick or die. No other doctors office can see you for several weeks, and you have a severe medical condition that must be treated before you can return to work. You explain to the doctor that you have a peanut butter allergy and cannot eat the sandwich. You are told that if you do not you will be refused treatment, that your allergy does not matter to them. It would be unthinkable that a doctor would attempt to force someone to do something that could hurt or kill them, or deny them medical treatment that is necessary for them to live their lives. Yeah this is exactly what happened to me when I informed the staff of my medical exemption to the mask mandate. I was not offered any reasonable accommodations, which is in direct violation of the governors order, and their policy.

way to expensive, went in for$69 THEY WANTED OVER$500 for what we got at Walmart vision for $100. Go Figure !

The location near Northlake Mall , are not friendly at all. It was a friendly place last year . The front desk person isn't friendly at all. Never smile and cold and seem to be in a mood the last two times I was there. The front desk person should be a happy and welcoming. She looks you like I my in her way. No customer service skills. This is my third year of coming here and it is my last . Now I am looking for something better than THIS .

This was my first and probably my last time using them. They put my order under someone else's name. So my glasses didn't come in 2 weeks. And my insurance was charged for the other person's order. Had go get that straightened out. Then had to find my frames because the ones I picked were out of stock. Then it took another 2 weeks before I finally got my order. Not impressed.
