Was my first time here and getting contacts and glasses in years. They were super friendly and made it so understandable for what I needed. And with having no insurance, it was completely affordable. Great team and location
I had the best experience went in on a saturday morning for my exam the staff was awesome, got a call today my glasses were ready for pick up. I'm so happy with my purchase!!!!!
Made my appointment one night and got it the next. I filled out my paperwork and was seen in a short amount of time. What makes it even better is that YOU GET AN FREE EYE EXAM AND ONLY PAY 69.95 FOR TWO PAIRS A GLASSES. The deals are great!!!! You just have to be patient and you will be seen, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I'm just waiting for my glasses to come in and I'm sure it want be long before it happen
Had very good time the customer service girl at the front desk was very helpful and also Andrew did a awesome job helping me out with my fames and making sure I was taken care of thank you for the great customer service
I waited more than an hour from my original appointment time and was never seen by an optometrist. People who came in and filled out paperwork long after I did were seen. It is obvious that no one at this location knows what is going on, nor do they care. If the employees would actually work instead of standing around discussing what they were going to do when they finally get off work, things would be a lot better for the customers.
