We went to the Northwest Hwy location in Dallas and our associate was Quendolyn. We received horrible customer service. Her goal was to get us out of the store by doing the least amount of work possible. Very disappointing.
Been here for 2 hours. Been done with my exam for 1 hour. Being held hostage because they won’t let me pay for my exam and leave. Instead they are forcing me to wait for 20 other people to purchase glasses before I can pay for my exam. This is crazy. I will never be back and I will be spreading the word to anybody who will listen.

The reception man super nice. Dr excellent. The sale lady not pushy but manager tried up sell. Next day someone called said I missed my appointment on September 1 and duh my appointment was September 6 and there and purchased glasses!
Very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely come back here.
The staff was friendly, the doctor was kinda rushed it seems though. Still a good experience.
