When it came to ordering and my initial exam, I was there for 2+ hours. It was busy, but the staff was very nice and helpful. When picking up, they were very helpful and took as long as needed to get the right fit. Plus, the employees had a sense of humor and it definitely makes a difference in my opinion. Good job guys!
Loved Dr. Pisso!!! The receptionist is rude, curt and should not be interacting with clients at all. Scheduled an appt and still had to wait while others were taken before me. Very unorganized!!! Great Deal on glasses though..3 pair..2 clear and 1 sunglasses for under $100 with coupon and my insurance.
Where else can you get 3 exams and 6 pair of glasses for the family at less than $550, and everyone be happy with there choices of frames. No vision insurance needed!
Worst experience. Not happy at all about my exam!
