I drove from Bourbon to americas beat in Kirkwood. Quite a distance. Couple of weeks later, we (husband and I) drove back up. It took a couple of days to realize the prescription wasn’t correct. Drove back again for another exam. Lenses corrected, should be ready in a couple of weeks. However I could never find a ride back up there. This is the biggest ripoff ever!! The add says $69.95 2 pairs plus test the bill comes back $700.00 using my insurance,I will let ever person I meet know DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEY ARE THIEFS!!! Jeff Kohler

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and took extra time to make sure I got the most for my money! Even the receptionist, Ange took time to help my son find the perfect glasses for him. It really made him feel more confident. I will be sure to go back.

Horrible customer service! They put you on hold then tell you they will call you back, they don’t actually call you back! Then were extremely RUDE when we called again the next day. Maybe I need to take my business elsewhere.
