WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.....WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Everything they do wrong is a computer error. They are not responsible because they are NOT IT people. I had my exam and that was fine. When it was time to order the glasses the assistant manager decided to merge my profile with someone with the same last name. He never bothered to take a PD. Awful customer service from the **************************** ******* ********* location. Very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, untrained/incompetent. After being a patient for many years and tolerating this type of service my resent experience with this location has made me "move on" to a more professional service provider. (Caveat Emptor = Buyer Beware)

Very Unprofessional and Incompetent I had a terrible experience at Americas Best. The initial eye exam resulted in a wrong prescription. When the glasses arrived I could not read small print. After a second exam I waited four weeks for the second pair because they were lost. These glasses came in with the the wrong frames. Throughout this ordeal the staff never returned my phone calls. I recently purchased glasses from the America's Best location at *************************************. After waiting two weeks, I was disappointed when the glasses arrived with ill-fitting lenses that posed a potential risk of falling out.Upon addressing this issue with the store, they informed me of an additional two-week delay for the necessary corrections. They advertise 2 frames and free eye exam for $79.95-$129.95. I set my appointments online and a lady called to ask if I had insurance and I told her I do but not to worry about it, that I did not know the policy and I didn't think it was worth it. When I showed up she was very insistent about the insurance and said she could find it with my husband's last 4 of social and birth date. She found it. After waiting weeks for my appointment, and responding to every text sent to confirm my appointment, I live 2 hours away in *************. My GPS quit working on the way. In ************** pulled over to call for directions and let them know I was going to be a few minutes late. It was 11:02. My appointment was 11:00! The first person I spoke to couldn't help me. Absolutely awful at every single level, including corporate. This place is awful.. receive the wrong Contacts twice they have people that **** them and theyre not sure what theyre ****ing call to complain to ****. She said that I was incorrect I had my contact packages.. when I had to record t her again because I saved my old and new packages proving that they were incorrect again met with a lot of sassiness and unwilling to accept they were wrong! Horrible quality and no able to resolve the issue. I went to the store at the end of December for an eye exam. At that time I ordered some glasses it took them almost month to deliver. The glasses have been very unclear and never able to clean. The coating looks wavy and hazed. Now its starting to come off.
