Wrote a wrong prescription & after I purchased expensive glasses would not honor their courtesy policy to exchange the lenses for the proper prescription after 30 days after telling me I would eventually adjust to my new prescription, which I didn't. Please do yourself a favor & go elsewhere. These are not professionals by no means.
I very easily made an appointment online. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time and in and out in an hour with purchasing new glasses. The person I worked with was very cooperative and easily explained what I was getting for my money. Since I got two pairs of glasses I did get my eye exam for free and I only paid more because I added extra features to my glasses (at my choice to make them like the ones I currently had). Having no vision insurance, I was very satisfied with my experience.
Staff was so helpful and friendly. They were very professional as I heard them calling back customers that their eyewear had arrived
I love that I could make my appointment online. I was greeted when I came in and did my visual field test and other pre exams with a friendly associate. The Optometrist (I can't remember her name) was very thorough and provided an extensive exam. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. But, the highlight of my visit was picking out my glasses. Christa was soooooo helpful!! She went over my insurance benefits and made suggestions on how to get 2 pair at the maximum savings. They were very nice, I got in and out with in 20 minutes. Had my glasses with in 5 days. I'll keep going back, nice glasses at a good price.
I was super excited when I saw that America's best was opening just down the street from me at Reynolds crossing in Henrico VA. I went in and they were slow and a little unorganized but hey it was their first day. I was patient I understand that. I was there for a couple of hours but it was okay because everyone has to learn and they seemed nice enough.
