My husband and I just left our scheduled appointments, and I first was misgendered upon entering the establishment. From then, we were consistently glared at by staff while looking at frames, and then it was loudly pronounced multiple times that our insurance wasn’t taken. As someone with medical and retail background, they were horribly unprofessional, and I refuse to return to this location.

Feel like I just got the best eye exam in a long time. Picked out two new pairs of glasses, at the best price ever !! Really kind and helpful people, from the moment you walk in the door.

I have a pair of glasses that I have never ever worn before as my backup pair and the prescription is not correct on them all they have to do was adjust it correctly and they refuse to because it's beyond 30 days and said that I need to have a new prescription filled. This is total bullshit because I spend all this money on my glasses here and I expect them to be right now I have an older pair of glasses that I'm currently wearing with the exact same prescription that are all scratched up and they will not fix this because i... read more
