I went to the store in North Spokane WA. The girls that are supposed to help fit the glasses to your face don't know what they are doing. The three that I went to didn't look at my head or behind my ears to see how they fit they just listen to you then adjust the glasses. They must be poorly trained. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. They are really bad.
I have been coming to this place for 4 years and I have never had a pleasant experience here. Rude staff, lousy service, and the worst part about its is you don't even have to go in to get crappy service. I call in with a simple question and I get put on hold for 15 minutes! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. By far the WORST customer service. And what is really odd, is Managers have probably received PLENTY of complaints but nothing has changed.
