This is the second time I have ever had contacts in my life. The first was a not so impressive experience from another company. This time I went to ABC&E. Dr. Nguyen was amazing and educational during my exam. The fit is perfect. I have not seen without frames clearly in my life. Thank you Dr Nguyen! Goodbye Frames unless I need a backup plan!

Went in last Friday and put in order for new glasses, they had to wait till Monday to confirm our insurance and said they would call us on Monday so we could pay the amount after insurance. I called on Tuesday to get the amount because they had not called. called at 3 pm they said would have optician call back. they called back around 6 pm and could was out for a few minutes so called them back when I got message, 6:15 pm said they would have optician call back this Thursday and still have not hear... read more
At the beginning of the month I went to Americas Best contacts and Glasses to see the doctor and get new glasses. The staff was rude, so I canceled my order and took my prescription to some one else. They still billed my insurance for the glasses they never made. It took over a week of arguing to have them refund my insurance.The new glasses from a great eye clinic Eyes Rite of Kent came in today. The glasses were perfect and made to the prescription.
