They are rude very rude . I went back to drop my glasses off and the receptionist was very rude to me
Excellent service.Staffs are great.
The eye exam was great - just didn’t realize that you don’t actually get your prescription for eye wear in the event you want to order from anyone else or from someplace online. You HAVE to get the glasses exclusively from America’s Best. Rather dumb IMO - considering I PAID for the exam - should mean I can take the prescription elsewhere.
Inconsistent and inefficient staff. I guess I gave it a try but I’m sure I won’t ever order here again
Bad attitudes from the front desk people. Paid extra for "express shipping" on contacts took 3 months to get them. My glasses are a disaster. They never ever have enough people working here for their level of business. No one will take responsibility for the mistake in my prescription entry. So frustrating.
You are operating a bait and switch operation with your promotions. You gave me services I did not need or request and didn't tell me about it until after the exam and, in the end, the total was almost 4 times the amount of the promotion. I have contacted the BBB to lodge a complaint and I hope you're out of business soon.
