Had a 11:50am appointment. Waited 45 minutes and still not seen. At 12:20 they took the 11:40 appointment. Spoke to person in store and he offered no reason only “she is moving as fast as she can.” Could not wait any longer and let receptionist know we were leaving. She did not question why nor offer an apology for the doctor being so late. She looked like she could care less. New customer lost!
What a wonderful experience.. even though I was dreading going on a rainy Sunday afternoon.. Lol. The staff couldn't have been nicer.. we had a 12:30 appt.. left in an hour. I would recommend anyone to visit. No hidden cost.. my son got 2 pairs of glasses and a free eye exam. Easy peasy �
they tell you two pairs for 59.99 what a crock.....
Went on their website and it says they take Davis vision insurance get there and they don't so I had to pay for my eye and contact lens exam and I then submitted it to my insurance and they denied it because the receipt say contact lens exam so I called and them and asked it they could itemize the receipt they said yes so I went up and they cant do anything for me so now I am out the money for the exam and someone behind the counter kept saying it should be covered well why don't you use your customer service skills and take... read more
It was amazing I came in to get glasses fixed no questions..the guy fixed and answered all my questions been going there for a while never a prolbem
I generally have no issues with this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I made an appointment for 9:40 because I wanted to be in and out. I have a lot of things to do (just like anyone else on their day off) I have seen patients come and go even though I was here before them. I went up front and asked if my paperwork was missed placed as at this point my appointment time was 30 minutes ago. Who knows where they placed it but now I have to wait even longer.
Just finished up here. Was great. I do really liked treat this lady was helping new puck out my second pair. If I picked something that didn't totally for my face, she would tell me. She was cool.
I am really pissed off! Brought my Gucci glasses here the other day to get my prescription put in them after I had my eye exam. They called me this morning & said the lab broke my damn glasses smh.
